Insurance brokers or other intermediaries acting on behalf of parties who have an insurable interest in the property to be insured may be granted an unique log-in and password and so become members which will allow the transaction of insurance business on this website.

Such brokers, intermediaries or other parties (members) warrant that they shall be responsible for the use of their account by any employee or third party. Haven Knox-Johnston (HKJ) and its associates shall be entitled to consider that any transaction or message carried out using the unique log-in & password shall be with the express authority of that member.

Further the member agrees to use the website in a proper manner within the jurisdiction of the laws of England. The member will not submit, transfer or provide any information that is inaccurate, illegal, defamatory or in breach of any copyright or other intellectual property right, nor cause any damage to the data, software or performance of this website.

HKJ will strive to maintain the confidentiality and security of data on this website however no warranty can be given in this respect.

Members agree to keep their log-ins and password confidential. In the event of any breach of such confidentiality then the member shall advise HKJ as soon as possible. Such members shall be responsible for any unauthorised use of their account until HKJ have been notified, and in turn such notification has been acknowledged.

HKJ shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or claim arising out of any breach of the above warranties or agreements.

The insurance available on this website is only available to UK residents or owners (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). Otherwise you must not use this website.

Unless required by Law, or as necessary to effect or administer your insurance, none of your personal data (even if not "sensitive") will be disclosed without your consent to any person or organisation, or used for any purpose. We do not use "cookies" other than whilst you are logged on to the website. The cookie is cancelled when you leave the site or shortly thereafter. Nor do we use any other automatic records of visitors to this web site.
